Kevin Richardson is a South African Animal Behaviourist.
He was born on October 8th 1974 in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is the youngest of four siblings.
His lost his father when he was just thirteen.
Richardson began his career as a self taught animal behaviourist, after dropping out of the college he enrolled to study Zoology. He was bored of the repetitive lessons in marine biology instead of mammals and so quit.
He had initially taught his passion for working with animals will only remain a hobby as there were no prospects of having an actual career in that field, so he went on to be become an exercise physiologist.
Richardson's dream to work with animals came true at twenty-three when he was given the opportunity to work with two six month old lion cubs and he hasn't looked back since then.
It is beyond comprehension, how he got these Lions to accept him as a member of their pride.
