I noticed a friend of my mine seem to have shed some weight so I asked if she had been doing anything special and her reply puzzled me. Chewing gum she said, chewing gum ? I asked wide eyed, how on earth is that even possible ?.
She went on to explain to me how chewing gum has been helping her curb her desire to constantly snack which for her is the cause of her weight gain because despite leading an active lifestyle she still managed to pile on the weight.
That seems logical don't you think , I mean apart from those who have medical conditions, the majority of us who battle weight issues can identify with the constant need to snack especially when bored or watching TV.
I am thinking of trying this for myself, of course coupled with being active, the benefit could mean not undoing the hard work done at the gym by constantly snacking on those calorie laden snacks.
