The 65-year old called deputies with the Los Angeles Country Sheriff to his private property, after the paparazzi used telephoto lens to take invasive pictures of what appears to be him wearing a maxi dress and smoking a cigarette on his patio.
 
Using telephoto lens to shoot celebrities in private premises is illegal in the US, so cops will be looking to catch the offenders.
 
Paparazzi in the US have been alleging the former Olympic star is going through a sex change that will enable him become and live as a woman, and his transformation journey is soon to be revealed in his family's hit reality show 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'
