So we had the ice bucket challenge which raised awareness of the disease Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis  and helped raise circa $1 000 000 between 2014 and 2015 towards funding research for the disease.   So now there is a new challenge, a trend that developed in Asia for young women to show how their waists measure against the size A4 paper.   Although am still struggling to understand this challenge, I can not help but wonder in the meantime if this challenge is aimed at revealing how neurotic more women have become in recent years.     Here is blogger  Samantha Bruen's   perspective on the trend

FBI claims to have found a way to unlock the iphone of San Bernardino shooter

Photo:technews today       After a month long battle with Apple over creating a software to unlock Syed Farook's iPhone, the gunman who alongside his wife randomly shot and killed 14 people in San Bernardino California.   The FBI have asked judge Sheri Pym to postpone court hearing as it has found an alternative way to unlock the gunman's phone without the assistance of the giant phone company.   Apple had always maintained that creating a software to unlock the iPhone would undermine the securities features as it would be creating a backdoor for hackers to get into similar iPhones.   At the moment the iPhone of the gun man who was killed in a shoot out with police is permanently looked with a time delay feature that wears out anyone trying to guess his password and so the FBI want's Apple to create a software that will help them bypass security.
