Why hovering over public loo may not be the best idea.

perhaps have some antibacterial wipes handy in your bag to wipe seat before sitting 

 We all approach public toilets with caution preferring to have the barest minimum contact possible hence a lot of ladies hover over the sits. 

Well according to Sally Ousbey a pharmacist in Boots we could actually be doing ourselves more harm than good because by squatting we end up tightening the pelvic muscles thereby preventing the bladder from emptying itself out fully.

 This could mean urine and infection causing bacteria get left behind.

Simply using the public loo can not cause infection unless of cause you have an existing wound.

    you could just wipe the seat, flush and use instead of putting yourself through stress in the name of avoiding whatever.

This is the human barbie who has had no help achieving "The Look"

16-year old Lolita Richi is from Kiev in Ukraine and she boasts her Barbie look is all natural . She claims she is the best Human Barbie yet and hasn't had help from cosmetic surgery, dieting or even Photoshop. Lolita who is still in high school says all the boys fancy her and she is the queen bee among the girls. Prison officer sentenced to 15 months in prison for engaging in sexual relationship with a prisoner

Whittaker, 52 couldn't help feeling attracted to Kongolo who is 17 years her junior Prison officer Anita Whittaker  has been sentenced to a 15-month jail term for having inappropriate sexual relations with a prisoner.   52-year old Whittaker who is a mother of two admitted developing a friendship with 35-year old prisoner Kazadi Kongolo who was jailed in 1999 for stabbing a teenager to death.   She said she felt vulnerable after an abusive relationship with a fellow prison officer in another prison, and the court heard how within four months the friendship developed into an intimate and sexual relationship which gradually progressed from kissing and cuddling to oral sex.   The affair was uncovered after a cell phone was found hidden in Kongolo's bottom during a search of his cell by prison officers at Wormwood Scrubs which is a category B prison in Hammersmith in west London.   Officers found Whittaker's number along ...
