Would you pay £1.15 Million to live in one of these flats because of it's proximity to Upmarket shops
One of the flats in this block of ex- council flats in south Kensington area in West-London has been put on the market for an asking price of £1.15 Million.
The marketers of the tiny two bedroom flat say it has been exquisitely refurbished and its on a desirable location close to upmarket brands like Harrods and Bibendum restaurant and it also overlooks Pelham Crescent- one of the most prized addresses in London.
Despite all the hype, fellow residents of the building on which the flat is located think its an over priced and crazy asking price.
