Camel milk has been a staple of the Bedouins for as long as camels have been domesticated but just starting to gain popularity in the west with suggestions it could become the new super food although many still believe its just a passing Fad.
Camel milk has a host of benefits, it has very high vitamins, mineral, and immunoglobulin content. It has more iron and vitamin c than cow milk.

However it is not recommended for babies because its protein is three times higher than that found in breast milk and could be fatal because it could damage baby's kidneys

The milk is thought to be good in aiding weight loss because of its low fat content and the insulin found in it regulates blood sugar keep it balanced.
Vitamin C and iron are much more higher in camel milk compared to regular cow's milk, it is also high in unsaturated fatty acid and vitamin B but lower in vitamin A.
There are claims ( unsubstantiated) of immense health benefits of camel milk, claims such as the milk can reduce cholesterol levels, heal inflammations, reduce the growth of certain cancer cells, cure autism and tuberculosis.
Many celebrities are apparently super fans of camel milk turning to it for its nutritious and anti ageing properties as the milk is also believed to contain alpha-hydroxyl acid which helps smoothen fine lines and prevent wrinkles
It might be worth bearing in mind the milk is relatively expensive due to its enormous production cost, selling for an average of $30 a litre.
